The Girlboss Begs for Remarriage

Chapter 2410

"What?!" The archaeological exploration team was left trading glances.

They had all seen Frank in action before but did not expect him to be that powerful!

It was not surprising now that Sylvie had been so utterly confident, showing no signs of trauma despite such a close shave with death.

With a man like Frank around, there was really nothing to word about!

"Alright, alright." Sylvie clapped her hands just then. "Cut the chatter. Bring some paper for Mr. Frankton-he will note down where to set up the beams for the hypogeum."

"He can do that too?!"

Everyone was shocked, but quickly brought pen and paper.

Frank quickly sketched a blueprint of the hypogeum, labeling the sections which needed more pillars.

When he was one, one of the team members asked in confusion, "Wait, how are we getting into the tomb without you, Mr. Frankton?"

After all, they were incapable of surviving miraculously like Frank did, let alone keeping the hypogeum intact.

In fact, it was the exact opposite-they would not know what might happen when they reinforce the pillars.

It would already be amazing if they were not buried alive, and it was only natural that no one was eager to take up such a dangerous project!

Still, Sylvie smiled. "Don't worry-Mr. Frankton has already thought of that. You can go in all you want over the next few months, and it still won't collapse."

"For real?"

"Of course. Otherwise, the hypogeum wouldn't have stayed intact even after bombardment."

Sylvie then sighed in exasperation, noticing her team's skeptical stares. "Fine. I'll go down with the construction team-does that work for you?"

Everyone nodded.

Still, just as Sylvie turned to talk to Frank, she was surprised by the sudden gush

of warmth within her body, as if some higher power permeated her!

"W-What's going on?!" she exclaimed in surprise.noveldrama

Frank walked up to her and

explained under her breath, "Paula Radach wouldn't just let this slide, and the tomb is still quite dangerous. That's why I'm giving you my power-you can at least protect yourself while I'm gone."

Nodding in understanding, Sylvie glomped him and purred, "You're the best. Stay the night!"

Frank chuckled. "I'd like that too, but I have things to do. I'll come check on you when I'm done."

Sylvie nodded, knowing how important it was to him. "Just come over when you can make it, or I'll kill you."

Frank chuckled but nodded.

After leaving Sylvie, Frank returned to Bono Town.

He had a few words with Jada Turin and the other employees of Frankton Group before heading alone to the hilltop villa with that woman's remains.

As he met Five, the geezer smiled at him admiringly. "You really are lucky, running into her so quickly."

He might have resources that the average Joe could scarcely imagine, but he never seemed able to find this woman.

He was just trying his luck by delegating the task to Frank, only for the kid to measure up to his expectations, swiftly resolving an issue which had bugged him for a while.

"May I pry by asking who she is?" Frank asked.

"Someone very important. Don't worry-should the opportunity arise, I'll tell you everything."

Seeing that Five was not telling, Frank knew that it was sensitive information.

"So, where did you find her?" Five then asked.

Frank told him about the tomb, and

.n

he nodded. "That's not at all surprising. Curious things are going to happen when she's around. By the way, have you found any clues there? We haven't been able to find her before this, and we've been searching for quite some time. If possible, we'd like to know who's responsible."

"I ran into some tomb raiders, but they were sent there by a foreigner."

Frank shook his head and whipped out the Geiger counter to show it to Five. "It's

easy to find what they were looking for, since it's radioactive!"
