Talented Heiress: A Rose With Thorns

Chapter 848

"Simply having you killed would be letting you off too lightly."

Wilson's frosty, cruel voice rang out again.

Victoria froze, her smug and taunting look wiped off her face. When her eyes met Wilson's, which were devoid of any warmth, she finally felt truly afraid.

"What did you say?" she asked in a trembling voice.

"Throw her into the dungeon."

When she heard his words, she broke down immediately and screamed wildly, "You can't do this to me! I'm the daughter of your mother and Jasper's savior! Wilson Quinn, you promised my parents that you would take care of me and ensure that I would remain wealthy and prosperous..."

Wilson simply turned a deaf ear to her heartrending screams.

The Quinns had long repaid the debt that they owed Victoria's parents, and he had also fulfilled his own promise to her parents in taking care of her all these years. He'd listened to her every request and even made her incomparably wealthy.

However, nobody could save her from seeking her own death!

Seeing the deep hatred in Lionel's eyes for Victoria, Wilson said coldly, "I'll leave her to you. I have but one request and that is to make sure she suffers so much she'd rather die."

"Understood! You have my thanks, Mr. Quinn!"

Lionel placed a hand on his heart, bowing reverently to Wilson, then bowing even lower to Yvette.

Aloud, he said, "Ms. Murray, I know well that I've committed a heinous crime and thus dare not ask you or Mr. Quinn for forgiveness. Once I've taken my revenge, I'll end my own life so as not to dirty your hands!"noveldrama

Yvette's delicate face showed no expression, but she nodded nevertheless, replying, "That's fair."

She was no saint and had only saved him back then so that he could identify Victoria as the mastermind. She couldn't find it in herself to forgive him for trying

to kill her multiple times and almost causing her to lose Wilson.

Victoria, on the other hand, was so frightened that she collapsed on the floor, pale as a sheet. Lionel hated her to the core right now, so if she fell into his hands, only terrible suffering awaited her!

"No... You guys can't treat me like this!"

Lionel gazed icily at her, overflowing hatred in his eyes as he said, "I'm also going to let you have a taste of what it feels like to watch helplessly as a wild animal gnaws away at your bones!"

"No..."

Just imagining that scary scene made her so frightened that her entire body shook.

"You can't... You can't..."

Lionel continued to stare coldly at her, saying cruelly, "Letting a wild animal chew off your legs while you're alive is just the beginning. There'll be more suffering awaiting

you

next!"

He wanted to return the pain he'd felt to this evil woman a hundredfold—no, a thousandfold!

Victoria screamed hysterically, "Get lost! Don't touch me! I don't want to go to the dungeon..."

But no matter how much she struggled, it was futile, and she was dragged off by the guards in the end.

This whole farce was finally over.

Jimmy and the few other staff members present glanced furtively at each other, unable to believe what they had witnessed.

Who would've thought that the usually gentle and kind-hearted Victoria would turn out to be such an evil and vicious woman!

Wilson's frosty gaze landed on the household staff, and he declared coldly, "Other than these few maids, fire every other staff member who sucked up to Victoria."

Samuel immediately responded respectfully, "Yes, Mr. Quinn."
