Khloe blinked, her eyes drifting to the window. A faint smile tugged at her lips as she spotted the familiar Rolls-Royce parked below. “Why pretend to ask when you’ve been following me this whole time?”

Khloe smiled lightly and made her way down the stairs towards the sleek black Rolls-Royce. She tapped on the window, and it slid down to reveal Henrik’s undeniably handsome face.

“You figured out I was following you?” Henrik asked, opening the door and pulling Khloe inside with one quick movement. She couldn’t react in time and landed squarely on his lap.

Noticing the rare flicker of guilt on Henrik’s face, Khloe chose not to call him out. Instead, she tilted her chin with a playful glint in her eyes. “Alright, I believe you. Just don’t do it again.”

Henrik’s eyes sparkled with amusement as he drew her closer, wrapping her securely in his embrace.
